Our Sewer got clogged on Thursday. I reached out to Anderson Plumbing and described the problem. They diagnosed our system immediately and showed me the problems using their in-pipe camera. Because of the severity of the issue i had an estimate created. After review i gave it the go and the team was out Monday morning. In the process an alert went out by Anderson to the utility companies as well as the city. All appropriate inspections on Friday and Monday occurred. Alberto and Joshua started the work on Monday by digging a 3.5 ft deep hole to expose the damaged area. They had to move some heavy boulders on the way but got the job done. The next day they came out and completed the job in the morning. Both of them answered all my questions and were very professional. From the time the work started we did not have sewer service for only a couple of hours :-) Living in South Carlsbad, there is a program with Leaucadia Water District that pays for 50% of the cost up to $3.,000. Anderson Plumbing told me of this program and I was very happy they did! All I had to do was to arrange the final inspection with them and show proof of payment and a certification of work from the plumber, which Alberto hand delivered. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing for the speed, problem solving and solution to completion in a short period if time.

Cameron B. was fantastic! He replaced my water regulator, washer and dryer shutoff valves, and a full hot water tank replacement. I’ll be using Anderson again in the future!

I was very pleased with my most recent experience with Anderson. As a previous customer, when my prv broke I knew who to call. Customer service scheduled my appointment for the next day, and Mike showed up promptly the next morning. He went through all my options, answered all my questions, and gave me a fair package deal on a new prv, shutoff valve, and water heater (11 years old, time to replace). He fixed the prv that day, restoring my water pressure to the proper level. Then he was back the next day with his team to install the new water heater, again walking me through all the work they did and how to operate the new unit. The little extra touches they did (removing old ducting, rebracing pipes, dealing with cutting through a 1/4 inch steel plate for the condensate line) really reflected well on their professionalism and customer appreciation. Very impressive workmanship, well worth every penny. I wish Mike and his team the best.

This company is very professional. It delivers what it promises. Hugo Madrid was an outstanding representative. He was respectful, friendly efficient and knew his job. It is rare nowadays. I will not only call this company again, but I will give this resource to my many neighbors. oh, did I forget it was totally reasonable thank you Anderson.

Anderson Plumbing was a pleasure to work with, especially after not so great experiences with other plumbing services. From scheduling to communication to services the experience was great. Fernando was THE BEST! He explained everything in a way that I could understand. He was friendly, efficient and really seems to care. I’ll even say, he has my trust. For me it will be Anderson Plumbing and Fernando from now on.

The tech (ken) was incredibly professional. I would say he was a Master Plumber. He took the time to explain what was involved in the job while working. the results were outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of this service call. I booked an appointment to have our Master Bath toilet cleared of a blocked drain. My husband and I had been trying to clear it for 3 days. We are both elderly and my husband has mobility and balance issues. I was manning the snake and my husband was running the drill. No luck. John Mordecai, a plumbing tech with this company arrived and I took him to bathroom and even though I had checked on the clogged toilet that morning and it still did not flush. He flushed and it worked like it should. Joseph explained what could be wrong and said we could remove toilet and do a clean out and then reinstall toilet. He told us what that would cost and then he said since it’s working we could try it as is for a time and I will prepare an estimate if it starts clogging again. I could call back at any time to make an appointment. This is the part that floored me, as I have heard horror stories at how technicians will tell their customers they need to replace their toilets now! They use hard sell tactics. Joseph Mordecai was very personable and knowledgeable. He also explained what could be happening in a very easy to understand manner. I appreciate his concern for our financial situation as we are both retired. I appreciate his honesty, politeness, and problem solving suggestions. I will call Anderson Plumbing & Heating for any repairs in the future and will request my work be done by Joseph Mordecai. Happy to recommend this business. 👍❤️👍

Anderson is great outfit with excellent employees that we have met so far. Though a bit pricey, Anderson stands behind their work and gives a very good warranty - if not one of the best in the business. For our place they installed a new Ecobee smart thermostat. The workmanship was nicely done. Highly recommended.
