Our Sewer got clogged on Thursday. I reached out to Anderson Plumbing and described the problem. They diagnosed our system immediately and showed me the problems using their in-pipe camera. Because of the severity of the issue i had an estimate created. After review i gave it the go and the team was out Monday morning. In the process an alert went out by Anderson to the utility companies as well as the city. All appropriate inspections on Friday and Monday occurred. Alberto and Joshua started the work on Monday by digging a 3.5 ft deep hole to expose the damaged area. They had to move some heavy boulders on the way but got the job done. The next day they came out and completed the job in the morning. Both of them answered all my questions and were very professional. From the time the work started we did not have sewer service for only a couple of hours :-) Living in South Carlsbad, there is a program with Leaucadia Water District that pays for 50% of the cost up to $3.,000. Anderson Plumbing told me of this program and I was very happy they did! All I had to do was to arrange the final inspection with them and show proof of payment and a certification of work from the plumber, which Alberto hand delivered. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing for the speed, problem solving and solution to completion in a short period if time.

Cameron B. was fantastic! He replaced my water regulator, washer and dryer shutoff valves, and a full hot water tank replacement. I’ll be using Anderson again in the future!

I was very pleased with my most recent experience with Anderson. As a previous customer, when my prv broke I knew who to call. Customer service scheduled my appointment for the next day, and Mike showed up promptly the next morning. He went through all my options, answered all my questions, and gave me a fair package deal on a new prv, shutoff valve, and water heater (11 years old, time to replace). He fixed the prv that day, restoring my water pressure to the proper level. Then he was back the next day with his team to install the new water heater, again walking me through all the work they did and how to operate the new unit. The little extra touches they did (removing old ducting, rebracing pipes, dealing with cutting through a 1/4 inch steel plate for the condensate line) really reflected well on their professionalism and customer appreciation. Very impressive workmanship, well worth every penny. I wish Mike and his team the best.
